Three-time “Voices of Canton” competition winner Jessica Crowell is an emerging spinto soprano based out of Cleveland, Ohio.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer heralded Jessica as “delightful, with the right note of playfulness and a beautiful voice that projected clearly into the large auditorium”.

Cleveland Classical also said she was “simply delightful” and “appropriately giddy” during a past performance as Papagena in Opera Circle’s (now The Cleveland Opera) Die Zauberflöte.

Jessica was also named a semi-finalist for the American Prize Ernst Bacon Award for a performance of composer Jesse Ayers’ new work Beneath Suspicion.

Ms. Crowell is continuing her training pursuing her Masters at Rice University in Houston, Texas.
